Coordinate marketing videos for occasions and new items.

Print Advertising: Design and distribute sales collateral. Draft application papers, whitened papers and situation studies. Design company, product and event pamphlets. Design print advertisements.

Marketing Automation: Connect incoming data from web site to Sales force for lead and campaign monitoring, lead scoring and lead follow-up.

Event Marketing: Attend and host national exhibitions. Coordinate corporate marketing items and booth designs. Plan, attend and host regional conferences, training occasions and annual conference including disbursing demands for proposal (RFP), settling contracts, arranging and touring facilities, establishing registration, disbursing training certificates, surveys and survey results, using participants, sponsors, presenters, keynote loudspeakers and event entertainment, creating training and conference prices, disbursing the phone call for Presentations, choosing food for foods and breaks, planning off-site receptions and extracurricular activities, and creating event pamphlets, signs, etc.

Budgeting &lifier Confirming: Manage annual marketing budget. Forecast future budgets. Distribute monthly marketing report for executive staff.

Management: Supervise Marketing Coordinator. Liaison for User Group Executive Committee and partner companies.

Sales force Administration: Daily administration, ongoing personalization and development, user maintenance, database p-duping and cleanup, trobleshoot and fix difficulties with accounts, leads, contacts, support portal, etc., manage Towns (customer portal and forum), Timba Surveys, Marketo along with other Sales force add-inches.
